It is based on a similar philosophy as my site : "Information is free and should be available to everyone!". In this sens,all people can contribute to the "humanity's database" as some may call it.

SkullBox is an Romanian IT portal full of friendly people ready to help a programmer in need. The only problem with it,well...the main language is Romanian[although you can submit an English request]. This is a really big step backwards since it holds the information acquired to a single nation community.
Nevertheless...it's extremely useful for the newbie in IT and,why not,the professional also.It includes competitions,skullbox related projects, hardware,software,tutorials,etc.
Just have a look maybe you'll end up loving us ;).
