About
eni - SkyCams
What is 'eni - SkyCams'?
To put it simple,'eni - Sky Cams' is nothing more then a utility that lets the user see the sky even though he hasn't got a telescope. It addresses the individual that, for one reason or another, doesn't own a telescope but still is found of the skies.

So...how does it work?
Simply click on the menu on a 'skycam' source and you'll instantly see what the telescope is seeing. It's as simple as that...you don't even need an account on my page to see the sky images, you only need to be curious ... the rest,is fascinating :) .

Clicked on a 'skycam' source...then what?
After clicking on a 'skycam' source, you'll instantly see what the different telescopes are seeing. The pictures are updated,on average, once every 10 seconds giving the user a chance to see updated pictures as they come.

Be advised! There may be times of the day when neither of the cams are working, you'll notice when that happens by the 'update gives same picture over and over' simptome. Don't dispair...the reason may be technical or simply weather...be sure to check back again later and see if it will work. Amasing things can be seen through the cams...

Through this module I'm simply trying to show people the skies as I've never had the chance to see it myself. Maybe you'll be touched by the cosmic beauty that is around us and continue the legacy of 'asker' in the field of astronomy.

Keep in mind that the cams are not actually owned by me,but are spread around the world.I merely tried to collect them and show them on a single page.

Gaze at the stars! See their beauty!

Please keep in mind that the module is currently in BETA testing and further modifications will eventually arrive.

If you think you can contribute to this module in any way, please do contact me through the contact form or by email.
Any help / critic / suggestion is HIGHLY appreciated!
